How much does the package cost?
The introductory package costs $120 USD for 10 developer hours ($12 USD per hour). Payment is made upfront after we confirm the task list and schedule. Hosting, licences and third-party charges are separate; any applicable taxes or payment charges will be stated in your quote before payment.
What can I use the 10 development hours for?
Use the hours for agreed bug fixes, website updates, small API integrations, plugin changes and performance work. The package supports existing WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel, PHP, React, Angular and Flutter projects; suitability is reviewed first.
What counts towards the 10 hours?
Investigation, development, testing, deployment and agreed project communication count towards the package. The initial task-fit review is free. Time spent waiting for your response or for third-party support is not counted as active development time.
Can I use the package for multiple tasks?
Yes. We agree on a prioritized task list and work through it within the available time. Completion depends on task complexity and the existing codebase, so a particular number of completed tasks is not guaranteed.
How long are the hours valid?
Hours are valid for 30 days from payment. We confirm the starting schedule and required access before you pay so the package can be used within that window.
Do you review the tasks before payment?
Yes. Send your website or application URL, task list, priorities and relevant screenshots. I review the requirements for free and confirm suitability, the starting schedule and payment details before you commit.
What happens if a task needs more than 10 hours?
I will update you before the available time is exhausted. We can adjust priorities or agree on a separate estimate. Work beyond the package requires your approval and is not charged automatically.
When will the work be completed?
We agree on a starting schedule after the initial review. The package provides 10 working hours that may be spread across agreed sessions, rather than a promise of delivery within 10 elapsed hours. It does not include 24/7 emergency cover.
What happens to unused hours or cancellations?
Please review the cancellation, refund and unused-hour terms included in your written quote before payment. Any extension to the 30-day validity period must be agreed in writing.
