This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, disclosed and deleted when you use the Rudrasky Society mobile application, package name com.kdpinfusion.rudrasky, and related services.

By using Rudrasky Society, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. About Rudrasky Society

Rudrasky Society is a society and residential community management application developed and maintained by KDP Infusion.

The application helps residents, property owners, tenants, committee members, staff and security personnel manage activities such as:

  • Society maintenance and payment records
  • Maintenance receipts
  • Notices and announcements
  • Complaints and service requests
  • Facility bookings
  • Visitor management
  • Property and resident directories
  • Family-member information
  • Society documents
  • Community discussions and polls
  • Staff attendance and management
  • Push notifications

Your residential society, association or authorised society administrator may also manage information available through the application.

2. Information We Collect

The information collected depends on your role, the features enabled by your society and how you use the application.

2.1 Account and profile information

We may collect:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Profile photograph
  • User role
  • Society membership information
  • Building, wing, flat or property number
  • Owner, tenant, family-member or staff status
  • Login and account-verification information

The application may use a one-time password, or OTP, to verify access to an account.

2.2 Property and residency information

We may collect:

  • Society, building, wing and property details
  • Property ownership or occupancy status
  • Owner-occupied, rented or vacant status
  • Tenant information
  • Family-member information
  • Rental or occupancy dates
  • Rent agreements and related documents
  • Vehicle information associated with a property

2.3 Maintenance and payment information

We may collect and process information related to:

  • Maintenance charges
  • Outstanding dues
  • Additional society charges
  • Payment amount
  • Payment date
  • Payment mode
  • Transaction or reference number
  • Cheque details
  • UPI payment reference
  • Payment status
  • Receipt number and receipt history

Rudrasky Society does not require users to provide their UPI PIN, online banking password, complete debit-card number or complete credit-card number.

Payment information recorded in the application may be entered by the user, society administrator or authorised accounting personnel.

2.4 Complaints, discussions and other submitted content

We may collect information you submit through the application, including:

  • Complaints and descriptions
  • Complaint photographs or attachments
  • Discussion posts
  • Comments and replies
  • Poll responses
  • Reports submitted about inappropriate content
  • Feedback and support messages
  • Notices created by authorised users

Content posted in shared society areas may be visible to other authorised members of the same society.

2.5 Documents and uploaded files

Depending on the features used, you may upload:

  • Profile photographs
  • Complaint photographs
  • Rent agreements
  • Society documents
  • Payment documents
  • Visitor photographs
  • Other files related to society management

Please upload only information that you are authorised to provide.

2.6 Visitor and security information

For visitor-management and security purposes, we may collect:

  • Visitor name
  • Mobile number
  • Visit purpose
  • Property being visited
  • Vehicle number
  • Entry and exit time
  • Visitor photograph, where enabled
  • Approval or entry status
  • Security notes

Visitor information may be entered by residents, society administrators or security staff.

2.7 Staff information

Where staff-management features are enabled, the application may process:

  • Staff name
  • Mobile number
  • Work category or designation
  • Attendance records
  • Entry and exit information
  • Assigned property or society
  • Staff photograph or identification information

2.8 Device and technical information

We may process limited technical information necessary to operate and protect the application, such as:

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging token
  • Device platform and operating-system version
  • Application version
  • Login time
  • IP address
  • Server and security logs
  • API request and error information

The Firebase Cloud Messaging token is used to send notifications to the appropriate device.

2.9 Device permissions

The application may request permission to access certain device features when required, including:

  • Notifications, for society updates and alerts
  • Camera, for taking photographs
  • Photos, media or files, for selecting and uploading documents
  • Storage, where required by the Android version, for saving or downloading files

Permissions are requested only when a related feature is used. You can control permissions through your device settings, although disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Create, verify and manage user accounts
  • Authenticate users through OTP or other permitted methods
  • Link users to their society and property
  • Display maintenance dues and payment history
  • Generate and provide maintenance receipts
  • Manage notices, complaints and service requests
  • Process facility-booking requests
  • Manage visitor entries and exits
  • Maintain property, resident and staff directories
  • Enable community discussions and polls
  • Send push notifications and important society alerts
  • Provide customer support

We do not use personal information for unrelated advertising without appropriate notice and consent.

Information may be accessible to authorised users based on their roles, including:

Access is intended to be restricted according to the responsibilities of each role.

These providers may process limited information only as required to provide their services.

Rudrasky Society uses Firebase services, including Firebase Cloud Messaging, to deliver notifications.

  • Protect users, societies, KDP Infusion or the public
  • Investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents

If KDP Infusion or the Rudrasky Society service is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of business assets, relevant information may be transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection measures.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures designed to protect information from:

  • Unauthorised access
  • Accidental loss
  • Misuse

  • Disclosure
  • Destruction

These measures may include:

  • HTTPS/TLS network transmission
  • Authentication and OTP verification
  • Role-based access controls

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting access to their mobile devices and OTP messages.

Immediately contact us if you believe your account or personal information has been accessed without authorisation.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:

  • Providing the application and society-management services
  • Maintaining maintenance, payment and receipt records
  • Resolving complaints or disputes
  • Meeting accounting, audit and legal obligations
  • Preventing fraud and misuse
  • Maintaining security and operational records

Some society, accounting, payment, visitor or transaction records may need to be retained after account deletion where required for legal, accounting, security or legitimate society-administration purposes.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymised or securely archived according to applicable requirements.

Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten through normal backup procedures.

7. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Rudrasky Society account and associated personal information.

To submit a deletion request:

  1. Email kdpinfusion@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account; or
  2. Submit a message through the KDP Infusion Contact Us page and mention Rudrasky Account Deletion in the subject.

Include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Registered mobile number or email address
  • Society name
  • Property or flat number
  • A clear request to delete your account and associated data

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to prevent unauthorised deletion.

Verified requests will normally be processed within 30 days. We will delete or anonymise information associated with the account unless retention is required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or legitimate society-administration purposes.

Deleting an account may not automatically delete content that must remain as part of society financial records, complaint histories, legal records or audit trails. Where appropriate, personal identifiers may be removed or anonymised.

Users may also contact their society administrator for assistance with account correction or deletion.

8. Access and Correction

You may request to:

  • Access certain personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Update profile information
  • Withdraw optional permissions
  • Request deletion of your account
  • Ask questions about how your information is handled

Some profile information may be editable directly within the application. Other changes may require assistance from your society administrator or KDP Infusion.

9. Push Notifications

Rudrasky Society may send notifications relating to:

  • Maintenance dues
  • Payment confirmation
  • Society notices
  • Complaint updates
  • Facility bookings
  • Visitor activity
  • Community announcements
  • Security alerts
  • Account-related information

You can disable notification permission through your device settings. Important information may still be available inside the application.

10. Children’s Privacy

Rudrasky Society is intended for residential society management and is not designed as a children’s application.

Children should not create or operate an account independently. Information about a child or family member should only be provided by a parent, legal guardian or authorised adult where necessary for society administration.

Contact us if you believe information about a child has been provided without appropriate authorisation.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The application may contain links to external websites, documents, payment applications or third-party services.

KDP Infusion is not responsible for the privacy practices of external services. Users should review the privacy policies of those services before providing information.

12. Society Administration

A residential society or association using Rudrasky Society may have its own rules regarding resident, visitor, staff, payment and property records.

KDP Infusion provides the application and technical services, while authorised society administrators may determine:

  • Which users receive access
  • Which information is entered
  • Which features are enabled
  • How society records are managed
  • Which authorised roles can view information

Questions about individual society records may first be directed to the relevant society administrator.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:

  • Changes to the application
  • New or modified features
  • Changes in data-handling practices
  • Security improvements
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
